Kaufman Foundation releases major study on startups

This is a bit of older news, but one nonetheless interesting for those of us interested in innovation and entrepreneurship:  The Kaufman Foundation released a major study ranking  major metropolitan areas according to the number of new startups  launched over the last year.    Surprisingly, Miami came out on top, over San Francisco and Austin.  Details are here.
