On November 9, Federal Reserve Vice Chair for Supervision Randal Quarles will visit Brookings to deliver remarks on the current and future state of financial regulation. After delivering his prepared remarks, Quarles will participate in a fireside chat with Brookings Senior Fellow Martin Baily. To conclude the event, I’ll be sitting on a panel moderated by Brookings Fellow Aaron Klein, who will respond to Quarles’ remarks and share their own perspective on the state of financial regulation. Panelists will take questions from the audience–so if you’re interested in participating, more information is here.
