SEC launches an innovation hub

So the SEC’s not the first.  Or the second.  Or the third.  But, as I mentioned earlier–they won’t be the last, either.  And it’s still significant that the best resourced US regulator is deciding to (try to) stay ahead of the regulatory curve.
