The World Bank has just announced winners and runner-ups to the Global RIA Award. In a joint initiative with Exeter University’s Centre for European Governance, the award is an attempt to identify and disseminate good RIA practices (not just “systems”) in World Bank client countries. With contributions from around 30 non-OECD countries, the initiative reflects the significant growth and huge variations found in Regulatory Impact Analysis beyond developed economies.   More details here.
